When most people think of hypnotherapy, they think about smoking cessation or weight loss. The ability
of hypnosis to help is much broader than that. Hypnotherapy is a faster, more effective way than other
conventional treatments to get results. A survey of psychotherapy literature reported the following
findings:
- Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions
- Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions
- Hypnotherapy: 93% recovery after 6 sessions
This study clearly points out that hypnosis is more effective and works more quickly than traditional
talk therapy or psychoanalysis.
