Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss

Reaching Your Weight Loss Goals
with Hypnosis

50 million Americans will go on diets this year. Some will succeed in taking weight off, but only 5% will manage to keep it off! Studies have shown that any diet can work if the diet is followed, but the real challenge is following the diet. Instead of wasting time looking for the perfect diet, wouldn't it make more sense to find a safe way to adhere better to your diet? Most people are looking for a quick fix, but the real key to losing weight and keeping it off is changing what is going on inside mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Hypnotherapy can help you make the mental and emotional changes necessary to help you stick to your chosen diet and achieve successful weight loss and maintenance. Weight loss hypnotherapy sessions include help with cravings and food addictions, stress and emotional triggers, self-love and worthiness, associations of food to comfort and socialization, situational triggers, mindless eating, beliefs, fears, habits, exercise motivation, and so much more. You will receive the tools and information you need to lose weight and keep it off. In hypnotherapy, you can create new positive habits, behaviors, and feelings about doing those things you need to do to lose weight and maintain it.

In the first session, we will discuss your personal weight loss goals and challenges you have encountered in previous attempts to lose weight. Your suggestibility will be tested to determine what type of suggestions will best work for you. All of this information will be used to develop a personalized treatment plan designed to meet your specific needs. In subsequent sessions, you will also receive a personalized CD to use at home to reinforce what was done in that session.
