All that we are is the result of what we have thought.
The Mind is everything.
What we think, we become.
Tap into the power of your subconscious mind to reduce stress, improve your health, and achieve your goals.
You’ve been wanting to break an old habit or form a new one, but you haven’t got around to it. Maybe you’ve tried a few times but slid back into your old ways. You know you will be better off making the changes, but it just doesn’t seem to happen. What’s going on? It could be your old subconscious programming holding you back.
When you were born, your mind was a blank slate. You observed the world around you and accepted information without question. While you were young, you formed your ideas about how the world should be. This was all stored in the subconscious mind. As you got older, you became more discerning about the information you accepted. Around the age of eight, you developed a critical mind that filtered incoming information. If some new information didn’t fit with your world view stored in your subconscious mind, it was rejected. So now, your ideas for forming a new habit just don’t work because they don’t fit your subconscious world view. Eventually the subconscious programming takes over, and you abandon your efforts. Your subconscious programming is responsible for the automatic decisions you make every day that influence your health, prosperity, relationships, and happiness. When the programming supports successful decisions, your life is easier. When the programming is faulty, you will have difficulty taking actions that would make you more successful.
What can you do? You can use hypnosis. Hypnosis provides a way to get new ideas past the critical mind and into the subconscious, allowing those old subconscious programs to be updated and changed. Now, that old programming won’t hold you back, and you can make those changes you know will help you be happier, healthier, and more successful. Success becomes automatic.
Hypnosis works by putting you into a suggestive state. This state occurs naturally as you transition from a waking to a sleeping state as the brain shifts through Alpha and Theta brain wave states. In adults, the Theta state is usually experienced only briefly between the waking and sleeping states. Hypnosis increases creativity and enhances learning. The hypnotic state is tranquil, creative, and deeply relaxing. While you are changing your subconscious programming in hypnosis, you will also be relieving stress.
